Diamond and Pearl - By JoltyDiamond and Pearl brought the fourth Generation of Pokémon to life. With over 107 new Pokémon, this game is truly the best Pokémon Game to date. With many new features, Diamond and Pearl also brings back some old features from G/S/C which haven't been seen since them, such as Time-based Events, Night and Day and much more. One of the main things that Pokémon Fans love about D/P is the very efficient WiFi Connection System. WiFi lets you connect and Battle with your friends all over the World, but thats not all, you can also Trade with your friends from around the Globe too! Another System new to any Pokémon Game is the Trading Station which allows you to put a Pokémon up that you have, state what you want and then have someone Trade it with you.
The StartersFirst off, there's Turtwig, the Grass Type Starter. Turtwig is a very good starter due to the fact that when it's in it's final form of Torterra it can counter againt Empoleon and Infernape. Second, there's Chimchar, the Fire Type Starter. Chimchar is a mid-way Starter, it's final form, Infernape, is known for it's Attack and Sp.Attack. Using powerful Fire Moves, it can be great! Third is Piplup, The Water Type Starter. Although Piplup may seem cute and harmless, this is one powerful Penguin. It's final form, Empoleon, is known for it's Sp.Attack and Sp.Defence.Pokémon Exclusive to Diamond#086: Seel.#087: Dewgong. #123: Scyther. #198: Murkrow. #212: Scizor. #246: Larvitar. #247: Pupitar. #248: Tyranitar. #261: Poochyena. #262: Mightyena. #304: Aron. #305: Lairon. #306: Aggron. #352: Kecleon. #408: Cranidos. #409: Rampardos. #430: Honchkrow. #434: Stunky. #435: Skuntank. #483: Dialga. Pal Park, the place where you can Migrate your Pokémon from previous Pokémon Games for the Gameboy Advance Game (eg. R/S/E/FR/LG). Pal Park, in all it's glory has 5 different Habitat's; The Field Area, Forest Area, Mountain Area, Pond Area & Ocean Area. Once you transfer your Pokémon over to your Diamond or Pearl Game they will be saved onto it and put into their alocated area's (their habitat). Like for example; A Lapras would be put into the Ocean Area whereas a Bulbasaur would be put into the Field Area. In order to transfer your Pokémon onto your Diamond or Pearl game, you must first remove all HM moves from the 6 Pokémon you would like to Migrate, then store these 6 Pokémon in the PC. Once you've done this, select 'Migrate from *Game Name*' and then select the 6 Pokémon you wish to Migrate. |
